Nisar is a health and human services agency based in Monroeville, PA, just east of Pittsburgh. We provide Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) for children and young adults, as well as outpatient mental health therapy for all ages.

  • Written orders are prescriptions that authorize Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) for children, youth, and young adults. Our licensed therapists meet with individuals and their families to assess needs and develop this clinical roadmap for behavioral health care.

  • Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) support children, youth, and young adults with mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs. Formerly called Behavioral Health Rehabilitative Services or “wraparound,” IBHS are therapeutic interventions provided to individuals in their home, school, and community.

These therapeutic interventions are provided to multiple children together in Nisar’s Monroeville office and aim to address shared challenges, incorporating activities and discussions that benefit everyone in the group.
